Stuff happens, we drop our vape and next thing you know bam. You wind up with a cracked glass. Well instead of buying a new device simply replace the glass.
We are still honoring all warranties. If you have an issue, question or inquiry, please send us an email along with your order number and explanation of the issue and we will get back to you as soon as possible. All items in our store have a in-store warranty for the first 30 days, after 30 days a manufacturer warranty would be the next option. If you need us to resend an invoice/receipt, shoot us an email, we'd be glad to help.
