The PACT act made it nearly impossible to continue business as an online only retailer. Combining the PACT act with all of the other rules, regulations, tariffs and incoming Minnesota tax on all juices and hardware, made closing the business our only option. All items in our store have a in-store warranty for the first 30 days, after 30 days a manufacturer warranty would be the next option.
