Garden of Eden Vapors is proudly offering a variety of FREE Shipping options!

  • Free Standard shipping on all orders over $25!
  • FREE 2-3 PRIORITY Shipping on all orders over $50!

For all orders that don’t meet pricing limits for free shipping.

  • $3.99 Standard shipping (orders under $25)
  • $7.99 2-3 Priority Shipping (orders under $50)
  • $19.99 1 Day Express Shipping

While most of our customers praise our fast shipping times, occasionally items are delayed by the carrier. The shipping times are the estimated shipment arrival date, please refer to the provided tracking information for shipping updates. If your order has not arrived after 10 business days please contact us and we will work together to reach a resolution.

Handling

Garden of Eden Vapors ships all orders placed before 11:00 PM Central Time the next business day! All orders placed after 11:00 PM central time ship the subsequent day.

 

Warranty and Returns

Warranty and returns for new unopened items

If you purchased your item by mistake or for any other reason other than defect or damage. You can return your item to us for the cost of a shipping label ($3.99) and we will issue you a full refund after our warehouse has received and inspected your item. Again, your item must be new and unopened. We do not accept returns of open/used items unless they are found to be defective.

Warranty and Returns for Damaged Items

Oh no, your item was damaged during shipping! If this is the case, we will ship you a replacement immediately free of charge. You have 7 days after the date of delivery to submit a request. However you will need to send us a picture of the items package and the damaged item. Pictures submitted without the items original package may be subject to return denial. Please understand that we ask for this information to avoid fraudulent damage requests.

Warranty and Returns for Defective items

Garden of Eden Vapors offers a 30 day warranty on most items we sell. The exception is consumables such as coils, wicks and wires. We do not accept returns for any consumables if they are opened or used. If your item is found to be defective within the 30 days, simply fill out our return form and ship the item back to us (we cover the cost of return shipping). Upon receiving the item we will test the item for it’s defective reason. If found defective we will either issue you a full refund or exchange the product for a new one upon your request.
